Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead all warehousing, shipping, and logistics operations for a regional manufacturing company. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, on-time shipments, and continuous process improvement to support manufacturing operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and outbound logistics
Lead and develop warehouse staff to meet performance and safety standards
Implement process improvements to optimize space, labor, and cost
Collaborate with production, procurement, and transportation teams to align logistics with manufacturing needs
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
ERP/WMS experience required; Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus
