Job Description

Our SDR program is well-established, and you'll receive full training, set up, and ongoing support from day one!

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build a residual income stream through commissions on sales from the leads you generate and renewals.

We're looking for a self-motivated individual with a proactive "call-first" mentality. In this role, success comes from engaging directly with prospects, so being comfortable on the phone and skilled at creating meaningful conversations is key. You'll be persuasive in a positive way and enjoy building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate Meetings: Use phone calls, social media outreach, marketing events, and emails to schedule prospect meetings.
Make Calls: You'll be expected to make 100-120 calls per day, with a goal of engaging with 5 or more prospects.
Event Promotion: Actively drive attendance to marketing events to increase brand awareness.
Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the field sales team to ensure meetings are completed and continue the sales process.
Assess Needs: Identify prospect needs and demonstrate how our products can help them achieve their goals.
Ongoing Learning: Continuously grow your product knowledge through training and development provided.
Email Campaigns (Optional): Experience with running email campaigns is a plus but not a requirement.
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of proven success in a similar sales role with consistent overachievement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect over the phone.
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and other email marketing tools.
Excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, including calls made, appointments set, and lead conversions.
