We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing, high-energy sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is disciplined, detail-oriented, coachable, and always striving for self-improvement. As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in introducing potential customers to our product, scheduling initial consultations, and coordinating with Account Executives to generate new opportunities.

What You'll Do:
As a Sales Development Representative, your main responsibility will be owning the top of the sales funnel. This means:
Making 400 calls per week and setting at least 5 meetings with potential clients.
Maintaining a goal of 14 meetings held and 10 qualified opportunities per month.
Engaging with leads provided by the SDR manager and setting appointments for Account Executives.
Following up on marketing-generated leads from events and guiding them through the sales funnel.
Keeping track of prospect data, interactions, and follow-ups using Salesforce and Gong.
Communicating key insights and meeting details to the Account Executive team.
Actively pursuing personal and professional growth while helping the team meet its goals.
Your focus will be on one of three key industries: Education/K-12 Schools, Manufacturing, or Property Management.

The Hiring Process:

Phone Interview (30 min) - Chat with HR about your background, interests, and general expectations for the role. This is also a great time for you to ask about compensation, benefits, and culture.
Hiring Manager Interview (60 min) - Meet with the SDR management team to discuss your experience, career goals, and what you're looking for in a sales role.
Final Interview Round (60 min)
A 30-minute mock sales pitch to assess your communication and persuasion skills.
A 30-minute peer interview with the Senior SDR team to give you a better sense of the role and company culture.

Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000
Uncapped Commission - On-target earnings range from $80,000 - $95,000 in your first year.

This is a remote position, open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
