Job Summary:
Lorain County Community College is a dynamic educational institution serving the diverse needs of its community. They are seeking a Data and Reporting Project Manager to oversee data management and reporting for grant-funded projects, ensuring data accuracy and compliance while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of program data, in compliance with grant standards
• Gathering and analyzing data for monthly, quarterly, and annual grant reports
• Designing and maintaining data management systems, handbooks, and toolkits
• Onboarding and training both internal and external partners with grant management data systems
• Providing support and technical assistance to internal and external partners
• Assisting with the creation and presentation of communication materials to key stakeholders, including executive summaries and PowerPoints
• Other related duties aligned with data and program management, as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-3 years of related experience and/or job-related training
• Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or job-related training
