Job Description

Seeking a Primary Care Physician for an on-site clinic in Federal Way, WA.

Manage a patient panel, addressing acute and chronic care needs.
Provide patient education on health maintenance, prevention, and treatment.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines.
Perform minor outpatient procedures and ensure accurate documentation.
Offer after-hours care as part of an on-call team.
Licensed or eligible in Washington, board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
Proficient in EMR systems, with Epic preferred.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Position involves clinical, telehealth, and community outreach work, with vaccination requirements.

Salary range: $208,800 - $375,800, based on experience and location.
