Your New Role

You’ll be joining a team that covers a wide radius—servicing clients within 90 minutes from our headquarters in Owings Mills, MD . You’ll mostly work local jobs that keep you close to home, but with the kind of project scale that makes every day different.

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems for a wide range of commercial clients

• Collaborate with foremen, plumbers, pipe fitters, and other skilled trades on large-scale projects

• Ensure every install meets Temp Air’s high-quality and safety standards

• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members

• Complete daily job reports and assist with project tracking using our internal systems

• Maintain tools and equipment, adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols

• 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical components

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams

• EPA 608 Certification

• Active HVAC Journeyman License

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Strong communication skills and team-first attitude

• Smartphone or tablet proficiency

• Comfortable handling jobs throughout the greater Baltimore region and surrounding areas
