Purpose/General Summary:During this 10-week summer internship, you will use your unique perspective and knowledge to help us find operational gaps and improve process efficiency in a way that makes a genuine mark on our business. Responsibilities:

  • Will provide support to one of the accounting or finance departments
  • Complete and present a project related to issues within the accounting/finance department:
    • Tasked with a project related to issues with being cost effective and cost efficient
  • Learn strategy to become cost effective and cost efficient
  • Research issues in efforts to lower expenses and generate revenue
  • Implementproblem solving, finding effective and efficient methods to solve situations/problems
  • Communicating among the team to resolve financial issues
  • Research efforts toreduce accounts payable, such as overtime hours
  • Assist team with live projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in four-year university or pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. 
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation:

-$21/hour with $2,500 relocation stipend if applicable.
