Job Description

This position is responsible for helping the organization grow revenue by guiding, developing, and delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand and on-strategy creative for websites, web pages, product graphics (including art direction of photography), email promotional creative, social media graphics, banner ads, catalogs, seller support, trade shows, print advertising, and more. This position also partners with other resources to amplify the Caldwell name and help establish the Company’s authority in the BTH industry. The Intern role is one that supports and is guided by the incumbent Graphic Designer in projects deemed appropriate. The role will be onsite at the Beloit office.

• Assists Graphic Designer in the production of websites, web pages, product graphics (including art direction of photography), email promotional creative, social media graphics, banner ads, catalogs, seller support, trade shows, print advertising, and more. Special consideration given to candidates with video (filming and editing) experience.
• Supports Graphic Designer in creating marketing materials that speak to target audiences in an appropriate and engaging way.
• Works with Graphic Designer and Marketing Director to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
• Supports graphic needs of internal communications/WFUNC events.
• Assesses current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
• Assists Graphic Designer with identifying KeyShot image needs and facilitates process to acquire new assets.
• Takes/edits video for key product-in-use scenarios, WFFUNC events.
• Demonstrates the Caldwell Company Values in all work activities.
• Complies with all safety rules and requirements.

Minimum Education

Recent graduate of or enrolled in graphic design program

Minimum Work Experience

Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design

Minimum Skill Requirements

Some video editing, understanding of print and online projects, deep knowledge of Adobe suite, ability to present projects to marketing team and company leadership, photography skills a plus
