Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Federal Way, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and building strong client relationships. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support
Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients
Provide product or service information and resolve issues with professionalism and care
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences
Track customer feedback and help identify opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a customer success, client services, or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems and support software
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
