Summary

As a Caterer/Server with Sodexo Live!, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and unforgettable dining experiences. This position is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy every moment of their event, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests during events, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of catering events, including food stations and dining areas.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of menu items.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas throughout events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or catering preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and orders.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
