Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Technician Helper to support our field crews on water damage jobs. You’ll assist with setting up equipment, helping with demolition, hauling materials, and keeping jobsites clean and safe. This is a physical, hands-on role that offers real advancement opportunities as you gain experience.

Compensation:

• Starting pay $15/hr + BOE.
• This is a competitive entry-level wage in the restoration industry for laborers and assistants in West Georgia. Performance and reliability are rewarded with bonuses, raises, and training toward a lead tech position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and set up drying equipment and supplies.
• Assist technicians with demolition and cleanup.
• Keep work vehicles stocked and clean.
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite.
• Learn proper water mitigation techniques and equipment use.
• Take direction and communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements :

• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and handle construction materials.
• Comfortable working in basements, crawlspaces, and wet environments.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation to our Villa Rica office.
• Punctual and eager to learn.
• Willing to work after hours/on-call as needed.

Preferred (but not required):

• Prior experience in construction, labor, or water damage cleanup.
• Basic hand tool knowledge.
• Driver’s license (a plus but not mandatory to start).
