Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and data-savvy Senior Web Analyst to play a critical role in optimizing Equinix.com . This individual will focus on increasing top-of-funnel engagement and enhancing lead conversion performance across the website. You will be an integral part of a collaborative, cross-functional team composed of designers, developers, and content professionals, working together to improve web metrics, tailor user experiences, and refine landing pages. The Senior Web Analyst will report to the Director of Web Strategy within our Digital Marketing and Demand Generation team.

Requirements

Required Skills

  • 5+ years in data-driven roles (excluding internships), with a focus on growing marketing qualified leads (MQLs) within B2B organizations .
  • Proven ability to apply analytics to improve landing page effectiveness, conduct funnel testing, and measure outcomes.
  • Skilled at building and managing web analytics frameworks that track user interaction, engagement, and funnel behavior.
  • Hands-on experience working with third-party analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, SQL, Tableau, Adobe Target , and similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating data insights into actionable strategies for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Results-oriented approach—demonstrated ability to not only deliver insights but drive real business outcomes through execution.

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of website performance tracking, analytics, and measurement for Equinix.com , including tailoring strategies for regional variations across 9 localized sites.
  • Contribute to ideation and development of experiments by identifying trends and growth levers from user behavior and personalization insights.
  • Monitor website KPIs and metrics regularly to gain a comprehensive understanding of product performance and user engagement, delivering clear explanations and recommendations.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal partners across Web, Paid Media, Demand Generation Operations, and Brand Strategy to ensure data insights result in measurable improvements.
  • Continuously ask the “why” behind user behaviors—leveraging curiosity and analytical skills to uncover deep, actionable insights that inform strategy and drive innovation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in analytical or data-focused roles (excluding internships), with a strong track record of increasing B2B MQLs .
  • Expertise in using data to improve website performance, optimize conversion funnels, and run end-to-end testing initiatives.
  • Capable of implementing robust web tracking frameworks for monitoring user engagement and conversion paths.
  • Experienced with key analytics and experimentation platforms such as GA4, GTM, SQL, Tableau, and Adobe Target .
  • Excellent communication skills—able to deliver findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly impact-focused—drives projects from analysis to execution with tangible results.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years in a data-heavy role (excluding internships) with demonstrable success in improving MQL performance in a B2B digital marketing setting.
  • Deep understanding of analytics-driven experimentation and funnel optimization techniques.
  • Proficient in setting up and managing user behavior tracking frameworks that monitor engagement across landing pages and conversion paths.
  • Familiarity with leading tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, GTM, SQL, Tableau, and Adobe Target to evaluate site behavior and lead attribution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, especially in explaining data to diverse teams.
