Sr. Graphic Designer

What we’re looking for:

The Senior Graphic Designer will create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. While working on our team, you will have the rare opportunity to make a significant impact on a global brand through your innovative ideas and stellar work. While TP-Link has made its global mark it is still a relatively new brand to the U.S. As we grow and shape our marketing team, we’re looking for people to directly influence the success of our U.S. business.

What your future looks like:

• Works with B2B team of TP-Link Systems to create designs for flyers, website attributes, advertisements, forms, presentations, PPT’s, posters, packaging, and display, etc.
• Develops design ideas by gathering information and data through research
• Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy with consideration for arrangement, size, style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Collaborate with designers, internal departments, Marketing Channel Manager to produce professional results-driven creative.
• Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
• Complete project by ensuring design meets all company standards and receives final approval.
• Thinks creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Proofreads to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Presents final ideas and concepts to account managers
• Works with a wide range of media
• Contributes ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
• Works on layouts and art working pages ready for print

Requirements

• BFA degree in graphic design or related field
• 5-7+ years of graphic design experience preferred
• Solid proficiency in HTML/CSS to assist with email or web page coding (this could be 50% of time).
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• A strong portfolio showcasing examples of work is required; an online portfolio is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer creating artwork and design layouts from concept to final approval and implementation.
• Strong understanding of composition, color, hierarchy, and balance
• Experience with planning and implementing branding and visual standards.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, After Effects, etc. Care in craftsmanship with acute attention to creative detail such as typesetting, color themes, and image cropping.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Detail-oriented, with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with 3D software such as KeyShot, Blender, or similar tools is highly valued.
• Proven experience in responsive email design and a solid understanding of email marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
• B2B practical experience with Graphic Design

Benefits

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000
