Job Description

Salary: $1692 / Week Position Description: + Unit: Inpatient Rehab + Reason for Vacancy: 2 maternity Leaves in department (1 in July, 1 in September) + Assignment Start Date: Late June/Early July Unit Information: + Multi-disciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, Rec Therapists, Social Workers, and more + Inpatient Rehab patients - medically stable with clear Rehab goals (typically a lot of brain injury patients) + Epic Charting Systems + Average Case Load is 3-4 patients per day (4-7 Patients in Unit at a given time) + Average stay of patients is 3 weeks - working to transition them back to school/home + Possible Float to Burn Unit as well The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for the implementation of speech/language pathology services.
