In the role of Shopper Marketing Manager - Non-Alc, you will report to the Director of Marketing Activation - Non-Alc and manage a team of Associate Marketing Managers and be part of the Non-Alc Marketing Activation team. You will provide thought leadership and project management focused on connecting Molson Coors Non-Alc brands to shoppers through the development of omni-channel solutions. Your team’s responsibility is to lead the creation of retail solutions that drive value and sales for our customers, our distributors, and our company.

Pay and Benefits:
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $109,700.00- $144,000.00(posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
