### About the Role
As part of our team, you will work with a diverse range of clients—from startups to well-established companies—providing full-service accounting support. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reviewing transactions, preparing financial statements and management reports, and addressing client requests. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to build trusted client relationships.

### Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or a related business field (preferred)
- 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong computer and data skills, including MS Office and Advanced Excel
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or CPA candidate a plus
- Verifiable references required
