The ideal candidate will maintain a strong presence on-site, deter criminal activity, and respond quickly to any emergencies or incidents. This role requires vigilance, excellent judgment, and a commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors. **REPONSIBILITIES:** + Patrol mall premises to ensure safety and prevent incidents + Monitor security cameras and access points + Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances + Provide assistance to visitors and handle lost & found + Write accurate incident reports + Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. **INTERVIEW AND SITE REQUIREMENTS:** + Must have an ACTIVE California Guard Card + Dress for an Interview; **Business Professional** + Natural Hair Color + Cover possible exposed tattoos + No sweat suits, hoodies or tank tops + No sandals, slides or flip flops **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:** + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience + **As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
