Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate the sales team to hit and exceed sales targets.
· Create a positive, dynamic in-store environment to engage both customers and team members.
· Drive individual and team performance through competitive sales strategies and coaching.
· Support training of new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
· Maintain order and ensure compliance with store procedures, policies, and rules.
· Act as the main point of contact for in-store AT&T promotions and ensure a strong brand presence.
 
Requirements:
· Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work.
· Strong verbal communication skills with a highly outgoing and engaging personality.
· Driven, goal-oriented, and ready to motivate a team toward shared success.
· Able to maintain organization and follow established procedures.
· Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, especially in team-oriented roles.
· Passion for growth and career advancement in a supportive team setting.
