We are seeking a dedicated full-time Zoom interviewer to conduct interviews for our insurance agency. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Interview script is provided.
This is a 1099 paid role with full-time hours. You will be asked to record a video of yourself reading our interview script to submit after applying. If we feel you are a good fit, we will invite you to a formal 1 on 1 interview! If you have a paid Zoom subscription, you can use your Zoom account to record yourself reading the script. Please read the script as naturally as you can, to avoid sounding too scripted. Must have an upscale, professional-looking background / workspace that conveys success and credibility on Zoom. An external HD webcam and external mic is required (not provided). You would be conducting on average between 2-4 group interview sessions daily and/or individual 1 on 1 interviews as well when needed. Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am to 6pm central time. Each interview should last roughly an hour or so. Interview script and training is provided. We may start you out with doing 1 on 1's at first. Responsibilities :
