Front Desk Receptionist, part time, seasonal

We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to provide exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome club members and guests with a warm and courteous demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
• Assist in basic office tasks for the club.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and document management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in basic office equipment, computer applications, etc. 
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
