Job Title: Psychiatrist (Full-Time/Part-Time/Remote)
Compensation: $410,000 - $430,000 annually (full-time); $200/hour (part-time remote)
Job Types Available:
Part-Time, Remote (W2): Remote work option with a minimum of 2 days per week. Bilingual in Spanish required. Hours range between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST.
Full-Time, Onsite: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at our locations in Gilroy and Campbell, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Psychiatrist, you will play a critical role in leading and enhancing our clinical care services. Key areas of focus include:
Strategic Leadership: Oversee psychiatric procedures and maintain professional relationships with consulting psychiatrists and physicians as needed.
Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with executive and director teams to ensure compliance with clinical regulations and uphold the highest standards of quality care.
Client Care: Conduct clinical assessments, prescribe medications as needed, and help clients and their families gain insights into their healthcare.
Team Support: Provide consultation to program directors, therapists, and care teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Documentation & Training: Supervise medical evaluations, ensure timely documentation, and contribute to the training and development of our care providers.
Qualifications:
MD from an accredited university.
Licensed psychiatrist certified by the California Medical Board.
Current and clear California medical license.
Valid California driver's license.
Special Requirements:
Ability to pass a criminal records clearance as per Title XXII licensing regulations.
Eligible for coverage by professional liability insurance and insurance for transportation if needed.
