PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monday - Friday, some Saturday possible; 5:00am - 01:30pm, hours may vary
• Follow all plant and corporate safety and food safety policies and procedures.
• Report safety incidents to supervisor/management immediately.
• Report food safety concerns to supervisor/management immediately.
• Read and understand formula sheets.
• Complete formula sheets with accurate and legible information.
• Operate the water meter, including adjusting temperature and dispense.
• Operate the flour scale, including requesting flour and discharging flour to correct bowl.
• Operate the mixers, including loading the bowl, operate timers, and oiling dough.
• Mix doughs accurately, including scaling ingredients, mixing the dough, and completing paperwork.
• Communicate with other Mixers, Production Supervisor, Foreman 2.
• Read and understand production schedule and playbooks.
  

Physical Demands

• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to push or pull approximately 200 pounds.
• Be able to stand for majority of shift.
• Be able to read/write English.
• Be able to work in high ambient temperatures.
• Be able to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting.

Education

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

Six (6) months food manufacturing experience preferred
