Responsibilities
Providing appropriate solutions and information about products to customers, prioritizing and dealing with the questions in a timely manner.
Manage the online FAQ and support article knowledge base.
Responding to queries from customers by the system.
Administrative support for the customer support team members according to instructions.
Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Account Management to ensure alignment.

Must-have
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in software development/testing
Interest in the software testing field and technology.
Ambition to learn and self-motivation with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Be patient, empathetic, and able to listen to customers to provide excellent service and support.
Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies.
