Position Highlights: - High Earning Potential: Earn up to $200k+ per year with generous bonuses and uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do: - Manage the full sales lifecycle for residential plumbing projects—from consultation to close.
- Conduct in-home assessments of plumbing systems and fixtures, identifying needs and recommending solutions.
- Offer customized proposals based on homeowner needs, system condition, and preferences.
- Present and explain estimates, scope of work, and financing options with professionalism and clarity.
- Act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, building long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction from sale to service.
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training to stay at the top of your game.
What We're Looking For: - Minimum of one (1) year of residential plumbing sales experience is required.
- Two (2) or more years of in-home sales experience.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication skills and a solutions-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or ServiceTitan is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Fort Myers and Naples markets is highly preferred.
