Join the 4Roots Team as our Philanthropy Coordinator!

Location: Orlando, FL |  Status: Full-Time

Are you passionate about making a difference and supporting a mission-driven organization? 4Roots is seeking a  Philanthropy Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting the strategy and daily operations of our fundraising and donor engagement programs. What You’ll Do:

As Philanthropy Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our fundraising team — providing critical administrative, operational, and event support. You’ll work closely with donors, support stewardship initiatives, assist with planning fundraising strategies, and coordinate donor-focused events and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain donor records, track contributions, and coordinate gift entry and invoicing in collaboration with our Finance team.
• Manage donor acknowledgements with personalized communications and welcome kits.
• Support the execution of stewardship plans to ensure timely donor recognition and benefit fulfillment.
• Assist with donor cultivation strategies and fundraising appeals.
• Provide logistical support for donor meetings, events, and special experiences.
• Coordinate event materials and manage on-site and off-site logistics.
• Serve as a key representative of 4Roots at community and donor-facing events.
• Support ongoing donor correspondence and communications through platforms like Constant Contact.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with donor databases like DonorPerfect and tools like Constant Contact, iWave (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — you know how to make donors feel valued and inspired.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A heart for our mission and willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for donor events.
