Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner: Job Summary
JPCHC is seeking a Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner for our Kokomo Pediatrics location in Howard County, Indiana. This position offers the opportunity to serve an established panel of pediatric patients in a medically underserved community.
The Nurse Practitioner integrates education, research, management and leadership in a clinical role and functions in a collegial relationship with other health care professionals to ensure continuity of healthcare.
This position provides the opportunity to serve an established panel of patients in a medically underserved community. The provider will have the support of in-house wrap-around services including Outreach Specialists, Care Managers, and Patient Care Coordinators. JPCHC is a collaborative office known as a pillar of care in Hancock County.
