The Partial Release Instructional Coach will provide professional and academic support for teachers in core content areas. This role involves modeling, coaching, and mentoring teachers while continuing to teach part-time in a teacher of record role. The Partial Release Instructional Coach will report to the school administrator who is responsible for appraising the department



Work Schedule:
207 Days



Salary:
Teacher Pay Scale plus Stipend (Pending Board Approval)



Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited school
• Content-based certifications preferred
• 3+ years in content area preferred
• Candidate must have at least 3 years of exemplary teaching experience, with a minimum of proficient in each of the T-TESS dimensions or out of state equivalent
• Educational coaching background preferred
