Part-Time Second Shift Team Lead – Triad Cleaning Crew

Location: Winston-Salem/Piedmont Triad, NC.

Schedule: 15–20 hours per week | Second Shift Only (typically between 5 PM – 11 PM).

Pay: $10,000–$16,000 annually, based on experience.

Position Summary:
We’re hiring a Part-Time Second Shift Team Lead to help oversee evening operations and support our cleaning staff in the field. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in commercial cleaning and a natural ability to lead and motivate others. You’ll be responsible for maintaining quality standards, assisting with training, and stepping in to help with cleaning duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise evening cleaning crews and ensure shift coverage.
• Maintain and enforce high cleaning standards.
• Perform inspections and coach team members on quality improvements.
• Help train new staff and provide on-the-job support.
• Serve as the point of contact between the field team and management.
• Complete cleaning tasks alongside team members when necessary.
• Report supply needs, maintenance issues, or performance concerns.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional cleaning experience.
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Must be available to work second shift (evenings, approx. 5 PM–11 PM).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to hold others to high standards.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
