Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Teach the 63-hour Florida pre-licensing course to students, in both online (nights and weekends) and in-person settings.
Foster an engaging learning experience by actively involving students and encouraging participation.
Provide mentoring and continuous support to help students achieve success throughout the course.
Create a positive and focused classroom environment, effectively managing classroom dynamics.
Be responsive to student questions during live sessions and follow up as needed.
Adhere to scheduled class times and ensure consistency with the course itinerary.
Be open to feedback and adapt teaching methods to meet student needs.
Distribute course materials, such as handouts and books, as required.
Stay in close communication with management regarding scheduling updates, curriculum changes, and classroom logistics.
Manage both in-person and remote students effectively during live sessions.

Qualifications:

Must hold a valid Florida Real Estate Instructor License.
Proficiency with online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
Strong communication skills and experience using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
Comfort with incorporating technology into teaching to enhance the learning experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt teaching methods and materials as needed.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on student success and support.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality instruction.
