The New Construction Plumbing Site Superintendent role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead with integrity and safety. If you thrive on overseeing projects, mentoring others, and seeing the tangible results of your work, this position is for you. Based in Lititz, PA, all projects are in-state and within 1–1.5 hours from the office—no overnights or out-of-town assignments are required.

What You Will Do as a New Construction Plumbing Site Superintendent:

• Lead plumbing projects as a working Site Superintendent on new construction job sites.
• Install piping and plumbing systems at all construction phases, from slabs to finish-outs.
• Collaborate with mechanics, foremen, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Read and interpret architectural prints, ensuring adherence to code requirements.
• Manage material orders, schedules, and plumbing teams.
• Communicate effectively with general contractors, tradespeople, and team members.
• Mentor Plumbing Mechanics, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth.
• Maintain high standards of organization, completing all paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Follow General Construction and Safety protocols to ensure job site safety.

Our Requirements for the New Construction Plumbing Site Superintendent:

• 10+ years of plumbing construction experience.
• OSHA-10 Certification.
• An associate degree in a related field is beneficial but not required.
• Strong work ethic focused on doing the job right the first time.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Journeyman's or Master’s license is a plus.
• Proficiency with technology, including the ability to use an iPad and write professional emails.
• A lifelong learner mindset, continuously improving skills and knowledge in the trade.
