**Compensation Highlights**
+ Competitive pay at **$21 per hour**
+ $200 bonus when you obtain your license on the first attempt
+ $300 bonus when you start production
+ $1,000 bonus when you transition and successfully work 30 days with UnitedHealthCare
+ Uncapped $300 referral bonuses for each person you refer who completes training and one week of production (no limit!)

**Program Schedule**
+ **Full-time Training Schedule** **:** Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM MST
+ **First 7 weeks are on-site with no time off**
+ **Location:** 6400 E Grant RD #350, Tucson AZ 85715
+ Must be flexible to work assigned production shifts between **9:00 AM-9:00 PM** **MST** after training
**Responsibilities**
**What You'll Learn and Do**
+ Guide prospective members through their Medicare options with clarity and care
+ Enroll customers into health plans that match their needs - all from your desk
+ Learn to navigate systems, handle calls with confidence, and build trusted relationships with members
+ Receive expert coaching, performance feedback, and growth mentorship along the way
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Strong communication and computer skills
+ Coachability, curiosity, and commitment to personal growth
+ Ability to pass the Arizona state health insurance exam (we cover costs and provide study support!)
+ Willingness to work onsite 2x/week post-training for work, team events, and meetings
