A Marketing Insights Strategist is crucial to building compelling narratives that drive commercial growth. Operating within the global Sales & Brand Marketing function, you will analyze audience data and market trends to uncover actionable insights, informing marketing and sales strategies, and effectively showcasing the value of our platforms to advertisers. Your role involves translating results across regions and verticals into high-impact narratives that fuel sales decks, proactive pitches, and brand marketing campaigns.

You will…

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including audience data, website and social media analytics, market research, and customer feedback.

  • Standardize global commercial success measurement and reporting through aligned templates and frameworks.

  • Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within data to develop actionable insights, such as analyzing customer demographics, psychographics, and behaviors to identify relevant customer segments.

  • Translate insights into strategic recommendations for creative sponsorship and ad campaigns that resonate with advertisers and clients, identifying unmet advertiser needs and innovation opportunities.

  • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including Sales leads, Marketing leads, and executives.

  • Support the Sales & Brand Marketing team with insights for tentpoles, GTM decks, and proactive vertical storytelling.

  • Partner with Sales, Rev Ops, and Publishing teams to collect and interpret campaign results, client KPIs, and audience insights, identifying areas for optimization.

  • Own the creation and maintenance of a case study library featuring top-performing campaigns across each core brand and vertical.

You have…

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing insights, content strategy, brand strategy, or sales marketing, preferably within media, publishing, or ad tech.

  • A strong understanding of media KPIs and performance storytelling (e.g., CPMs, CTRs, engagement, awareness).

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.

  • Comfort working across multiple markets, brands, teams, and time zones to gather inputs.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite/Sheets, Looker Studio, or other BI/reporting tools.

  • Experience with Comscore, Marfeel Compass, GA4, and Social Media analytics tools is preferred, with adaptability and willingness to learn new tools as needed.
