Become a Skilled Manufacturing Process Technician

Are you ready to impact the future of coil and heat exchanger production? At Super Radiator Coils, we pride ourselves on innovation and craftsmanship. As a Manufacturing Process Technician, you’ll play a vital role in our production team.

Your Schedule: Work Monday through Thursday from 2:30 pm until 1:00 am, with an attractive $1.00 shift differential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and follow work orders and blueprints to create products that meet detailed specifications efficiently.
• Engage in timely collaboration with a dynamic team to ensure product delivery.
• Identify and communicate machine or process issues to supervisors to maintain continuous workflow.
• Commit to 5S methodologies for a structured and organized workplace.
• Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards as a priority in every task.

Your Experience:

• Ideal candidates will have manufacturing experience, especially in metal fabrication.
• Mechanical assembly skillset preferred.
• Knowledge of progressive stamping a plus.
• Expertise in quality assurance and inspections.
• Possession of an OSHA certification advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Competencies in reading and interpreting blueprints and instructions are necessary.
• Math skills: measuring capabilities and ability to handle decimal to fraction conversions.
• Assembly skills with diverse tools required.
• Physical readiness to perform extended standing tasks and handling up to 50 pounds.
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is a must.
• Basic computer operation skills are essential.
• Familiarity with PPE usage.
