Job Title: Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Northeast)

Schedule: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay: $18/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Lathe and Milling machines
• Manufacture parts to print specifications
• Load and unload parts efficiently
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and pressure micrometers
• Maintain production rates while ensuring high-quality standards
• Record part dimensions and maintain quality documentation
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Be punctual and consistently meet production goals

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of machine operation experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Solid math skills, especially shop math
• Ability to read blueprints (preferred)
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (a plus)
• Experience in CNC programming and setup (a plus)
• Skilled with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Machining-related technical diploma or equivalent experience (preferred)
