Location: Beautiful Central West End, St. Louis
Community Size: 419 Units (High Rise) Compensation: $20/hour + Commission + Excellent Benefits

What We’re Looking For:
  • Dynamic Personality: We need individuals who can build relationships and engage with residents and prospects in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in leasing, sales, or any customer-facing role is a must!
  • Customer Service Expertise: You’ll be the first point of contact for potential residents — great communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring a positive living experience for all residents.
  • Desire to Grow: If you're eager to advance and build a long-term career in property management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist prospective residents in finding their ideal home.
  • Conduct property tours and showcase our community’s incredible amenities.
  • Assist with the leasing process, including application submissions and lease signings.
  • Address resident concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and update resident records accurately.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a smooth leasing process.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work weekends is mandatory

Work Schedule : 8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday, with extended hours and/or weekends being required as scheduled or as needed to meet business needs.
