Leasing Consultant – Hiring Immediately!

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our client in Beaverton, OR. Our client is a respected owner and operator of over 19,000 apartment homes across the West Coast. Location: Beaverton, OR

Pay: $21.18 per hour

Shifts Available: Friday through Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do:

We’re hiring a Leasing & Experience Consultant to join the on-site team at a professionally managed, highly regarded apartment community in Beaverton. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent hours, a supportive team environment, and the chance to grow your career in residential property management.

• Greet and assist prospective residents; lead community tours and highlight amenities
• Handle phone, email, and text inquiries with professionalism and care
• Guide applicants through the leasing process and assist with move-ins
• Build relationships with residents and support community events
• Maintain leasing documentation, update records, and assist with renewals
• Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure the office and common areas are tour-ready
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and a personable, professional demeanor
• Sales-minded with the ability to build rapport and close leases
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
