Requirements:
* Licensed Architect in Texas with 8+ years of comprehensive experience
* 2+ years' experience as a Project Architect
* Proficiency in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam
* Strong grasp of Project Management fundamentals (scheduling, budgeting, team coordination, subconsultant coordination, stakeholder communication)
* Demonstrated design sensibility
* Experience in reviewing drawing sets, conducting QAQC reviews, clash detection exercises, and coordinating full drawing sets for construction
* Organized and self-directed, comfortable working with significant autonomy
* Capable of efficiently managing and delegating drafting tasks on projects
Additional qualifications:
* LEED accreditation is a plus (LEED AP BD+C or equivalent certification)
* Experience guiding project(s) through the City of Austin development process is advantageous
* Experience on large, complex projects is highly valued
* Exposure to working with public clients (city, county, and state agencies) is beneficial
* Familiarity with airport projects is an additional plus
