As Junior Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring work is executed on time, on scope, and on budget. You will act as a central point of contact across internal teams and clients, driving alignment and momentum from kickoff to completion.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Client coordination Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned client projects, managing communication, preparing meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Cross-functional collaboration Work closely with brand management, creative, retail media, and commerce teams to ensure alignment across workstreams and to proactively identify potential roadblocks.
  • Project execution oversight Track project progress, coordinate internal reviews and approvals, and conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet client and agency standards.
  • Documentation & reporting Collaborate with Brand Managers to help own and maintain essential project documentation including scopes, statements of work (SOWs). Contribute to project status reports, gathering learnings to improve future processes.
  • Process improvement Support the continuous improvement of internal project workflows and tools to help the team operate more efficiently and effectively.
We Need a Person With:

  • 1 - 2 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably within an agency, marketing, or digital commerce environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate client needs into clear action steps.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with a talent for managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once.
  • Proficiency with a variety of software (Asana, Excel/Google Sheets. etc.)
Nice‑to‑have:

  • Familiarity with digital marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
  • Understanding of digital marketplace dynamics, such as catalog management, ASIN creation, business performance metrics, product content best practices, etc.
  • Experience supporting creative development or digital campaign execution.
Compensation:

  • Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience and geographic location)
  • Annual Bonus: TBD

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Our headquarters is based in San Diego, California, with additional offices in Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina. We're seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our office's; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work. (Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.)
