Job Description:

Support component-level IS Industrial Security offices by coordinating day-to-day administrative operations and maintaining effective office workflows.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support component-level IS offices by coordinating day-to-day administrative operations and maintaining effective office workflows
• Track and manage internal and external taskers, assignments, deliverables, and associated deadlines; support reporting to leadership
• Coordinate and track training notifications, certifications, and workforce readiness across assigned components
• Assist with preparation and submission of DTS travel authorizations and vouchers; compile trip reports and budget documentation
• Maintain and update office documents, rosters, SOPs, distribution lists, and contact directories
• Assist with investigative program support, including data compilation, report formatting, and records organization
• Support development and submission of recurring performance metrics and ad hoc data calls
• Coordinate supply management, mail handling, conference room scheduling, and property accountability documentation
• Assist in preparing executive correspondence, briefings, and presentation materials

Required Qualifications:

• In lieu of a degree, 8 years of directly related experience may be substituted
• Must hold an active Secret clearance or be eligible at time of award
• Experience working in a government or defense program support environment preferred
• Strong skills in task tracking, records management, and Microsoft Office tools )

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant business operations or administrative experience

• Travel 5% CONUS.
