The qualified candidate must have strong communication skills, adept at blending technical skills, analytical expertise, and business acumen. The Insights and Strategy Specialist will contribute to the execution and delivery of strategic analytic and insight projects for RRD’s clients and select internal constituencies.
The position will have a broad scope of responsibility, including data transformation, statistical analysis, strategy development, testing, and ROI optimization. He or she will gain experience across a variety of clients and applications and interact with various functional areas (Business Units, Marketing, Technology) and industries. The analyst must be comfortable both performing and presenting analysis at all levels of detail. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a strong customer service mindset to execute and deliver thoughtful insights to clients and sales partners.
Responsibilities:
Execute analytical projects from established data requirements, that specific client deliverable, tasks, and analysis timing.
Work with internal teams to address client business problems, set expectations, communicate progress and issues, produce results, and deliver findings to clients in a highly professional manner.
Will be measuring program performance, identifying and implementing optimization techniques, computing performance lift and ROI.
Additionally our candidate will be helping to identify industry trends and opportunities to strengthen the Analytic and Business Intelligence teams.
RRD's current salary range for this role is $63,600 to $97,400 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD’s benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
