Now Hiring: Home Health RN/LPN – Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) Specialist Are you a detail-oriented clinician with proven experience navigating the complexities of Medicare’s Review Choice Demonstration (RCD)? About the Role: We are seeking an RN (or LPN with strong Medicare experience) to join our home health team in a specialized capacity, focusing on the RCD pre-claim review process, documentation quality assurance, and regulatory adherence. This is a critical role supporting both clinical and operational excellence by ensuring our claims are submitted clean and approved the first time. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and submit pre-claim review packets under the Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) program * Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Medicare requirements * Collaborate with field clinicians to improve documentation related to: * Face-to-Face (F2F) Encounter documentation * Homebound status * Skilled need criteria * Serve as an internal resource on Medicare home health regulations, including: * Conditions of Participation (CoPs) * CMS documentation expectations * Medical necessity guidelines * Provide feedback and support to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions * Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives tied to documentation, claims success, and patient outcomes Perks & Benefits: * Health and dental coverage * Paid holidays and paid time off * Quarterly profit-sharing bonus * Paid mileage or company car * MTM Recognition Program * Stay Pay * Weekly pay on Fridays * Simple IRA with company match up to 3% * Life insurance * Competitive salary and benefits Pay

• $28/hour- LPN
• $38/hour- RN
