Inside Sales Specialist

What does a successful Inside Sales Specialist do? As an Inside Sales Specialist at Fiserv, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to driving quality pipeline and business results. You will connect with Business to Business (B2B) prospects to uncover their needs and identify appropriate Fiserv solutions that contribute to the success of Fiserv and its customers. Your persistence, creativity, and dedication will help build strong client relationships and achieve sales goals, all while practicing the Fiserv Way of Selling.

What you will do:

  • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, call guides, and processes for Inside Sales.
  • Engage with matrix teams to understand target markets, account assignments, sales goals, and key messaging points.
  • Identify and nurture opportunities to align Fiserv solutions with client needs using the Fiserv Way of Selling methodology.
  • Communicate key Fiserv value propositions to assigned clients and prospects using industry best practices.
  • Capture, update, and manage account, contact, and opportunity data within the Fiserv eCRM system.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where team members meet individual, team, and company goals.
  • Travel up to 10% as needed.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

What you will need to have:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an Inside Sales function, lead generation, or direct selling role.
  • Demonstrated business-minded orientation and ability to understand and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • 4+ years of experience using lead generation and sales closing techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

  • 4+ years of experience working successfully within a matrixed team environment that is highly automated.
  • Ability to navigate the Fiserv organization and work effectively across business units and functions.
  • Experience with Fiserv solutions and the deal process adhering to the Fiserv Way of Selling.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to effectively navigate tools to customize the prospect/customer experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence at the executive and individual levels.

Salary Range

$29,400.00 - $68,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Illinois, California and District of Columbia. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
