-2 yr guarantee - 480k base salary for general GI / Gastroenterologist
-in year 3, 600-900k yr all production
-sign on bonus
-monthly fellow stipend
-productive practice, 3 MDs and 2 NPs
-all 3 MDs willing to mentor
call is 1:6
