Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7AM – 4PM or Compressed Scheduled (3x12 rotating 4x12)
Pay Rate: $22 - $25+/hr DOE
Location: Austin, Texas
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: - Work on systems and maintain supply of chemicals and gases to a semiconductor manufacturing environment that makes the chips used in electronic devices such as Smart Phones, LEDs, and Flat Screen TV's.
- Operate assigned chemical and/or gas distribution systems.
- Perform the handling and change-out of gas, chemical, and slurry containers.
- Troubleshooting and preventative/repair maintenance on gas and chemical equipment.
- Operate a computer to support job functions.
Requirements: - Must be comfortable with physical activity, including walking up to 5 miles per day and occasionally climbing ladders with fall protection.
- Ability to work with chemicals, including using a Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator for short periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, overhead reaching, and basic physical agility.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on safety procedures.
Preferences: - Previous experience in a technical or maintenance role, ideally in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Familiarity with chemical or gas handling and distribution systems.
- Strong computer skills for system operation and troubleshooting.
Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+ miles per day, be on feet for 8-10 hours at a time, and occasionally climb ladders while utilizing fall protection. The ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 pounds is required. Some tasks may require wearing a Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator for short periods (10-15 minutes) while working with chemicals. PPE made available includes safety glasses, hard hat, ear plugs, chemical aprons, gloves, and more.
