Responsibilities: - Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accurate categorization and easy retrieval. - Scan and digitize paper documents to create electronic records when needed. - Verify proper documentation for tax returns, financial statements, and other client-related files. - Perform routine office tasks such as copying, labeling, and sorting files. - Ensure adherence to filing procedures and data privacy regulations. - Assist in monitoring file inventory and implementing improvements to organizational systems. - Collaborate with team members to address filing discrepancies or missing records. - Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and care. - Provide support for general clerical tasks to enhance office efficiency. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. - At least one year of experience in an office or filing-related role. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage confidential information responsibly. - Basic proficiency in office software and filing systems. - Familiarity with both physical and digital recordkeeping methods. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Previous experience in clerical or administrative tasks is preferred but not required.
