Work location: In person, outside 

Shift: 12pm - 8pm Monday through Friday

We're hiring high-energy sales pros to dominate door-to-door pest control sales. If you've got the charm to win over homeowners, the grit to hustle, and the drive to stack cash, join our team! We need folks who can connect fast and close deals in any neighborhood.

Compensation:

• Commission that is based on performance
• Uncapped commission structure
• Average Full-Time income: $10,000-$30,000 per month

What You'll Do:

• Knock doors and pitch top-tier pest control and lawn solutions to homeowners.
• Build instant trust through confident, professional communication.
• Stay active, work outdoors, and hit ambitious sales targets.
• Represent our brand with confidence and hustle.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience selling Pest Control door to door is required .
  Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States of America.
• Communication Mastery: Fluent in English and/or Spanish, with a knack for building rapport quickly. Strong verbal skills to put customers at ease.
• Physical Fitness: Able to walk 5+ miles per day and stand for long shifts in all weather conditions.
• Sales Hunger: Motivated by uncapped commissions. Prior sales, customer service, or public-facing experience is a plus but not required.
• Professional Presence: Clean, approachable appearance and demeanor that screams trustworthiness (think “someone you'd invite into your home”).
• Reliability: Valid driver's license, clean background check, and flexible availability (evenings/weekends).
• Team Fit: Thrives in a competitive, high-energy crew. Love sports, fitness, or crushing goals? You'll vibe with us.
• Transportation: Must have a reliable source of transportation.
