Down the Street Eats is a restaurant group based in and around Winter Park, Colorado. We believe in having great food and great service at all of our locations. This includes our awesome casual fine dinning restaurant, Vertical Bistro located in Winter Park, Colorado.

We just have one problem: there are a lot of dirty dishes that always need washing! We specialize in a great happy hour and delicious comfort food, craft cocktails, and draft beer. We want to be known as the number one choice for food in Winter Park, Colorado. 

This is where you come in. A Dishwasher will be a key leader in ensuring we can continue our wonderful restaurant operation. You will be hands on cleaning all of our kitchen wares and assisting with prepping as needed. You will need to enjoy working independently.

What Winning Looks Like: 

• Maintains a clean kitchen by properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
• Preps Food as needed.
• Keeps the dish area free of clutter and organized. 
• Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers. 
• Maintains dish area and chemical concentrations as needed or as business demands.
