From luxurious knits to tailored blazers, to dresses for work or special occasions, the collections are designed for the lives women lead today.
TOCCIN is available at specialty retailers such as Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdale’s and many specialty stores.

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading and assisting in all Marketing, Branding, Events, Digital, Social activities and Public Relations.
  • Oversee and manage the company’s Marketing Calendar and Strategy
  • Responsible for all marketing initiatives and activities for DTC, Wholesale and VIP
  • Responsible for improving and refine branding.
  • Check in quarterly to update brand deck, brand materials and brand promotional assets.
  • Ensure sales, design and E-Commerce have all updates branding materials to keep a cohesive message throughout all channel distributions.
  • Assess learnings, review e-mail success and learning from weekly analytics and conduct weekly market research on how to make improvements.
  • Utilize social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
  • Oversee all influencer marketing to help drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Support for company partnerships, new opportunities with approved partners, vendors, influencers and collaborations.
  • Responsible for all company events, markets, wholesale and press events and DTC trunk shows.
  • Ensure that we are constantly PR hitting goals and working on PR strategy
  • Oversee and manage all marketing content and photoshoots.
  • Event planning and execution of events or promotional activities that enhance brand presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, copywriting, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes related to marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to manage individual tasks effectively.
  • 5-10 Years of relevant luxury retail brand experience
  • Four year college degree required
