You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining digital strategies that elevate user experience and drive engagement across various online platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our digital products meet the highest standards of functionality, aesthetics, and user satisfaction. **What You'll Do:** + Build a best-in-class digital experience to delight our customers and elevate brand loyalty while interacting with our digital assets. + Assist our customers to shift their interactions with Windstream to digital technologies + Analyze and survey each touchpoint of the customer journey to ensure it is not only effective but also engaging. + Collaborate with cross functional teams of developers, UI/UX professionals, graphic designers, Q/A experts, and marketers to crowd source ideas and recommendations to develop new functionality that will deliver a competitive edge. + Plan, write and develop digital content, such as online guidance, interactive tutorials, training, and blogs. + Analyze behavioral mapping across platforms to optimize the user experience. + Perform business validation to ensure newly developed functionality meets all user acceptance criteria. + Identify truly innovative product features that deliver a competitive advantage and an exceptional user experience. **Do You Have?** + Minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing, Product/Systems Development/Management, BA/PM. + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. + Ability to work independently with limited supervision from requirements to development delivery. + Efficiently work under pressure to meet deadlines, and when necessary, stretch extra hours to complete assigned task. + Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile and telecommunications industry products and services a plus. + Digital assets include Customer Portals, Live Chat Messaging, AI Bot Technology, Mobile Apps, Email/SMS Notifications, Platform Integration, and Online Product Management Tools **Even Better:** + Mobile B2B, service delivery, eCommerce, and order management experience. + Experience conceptualizing and managing online portals. + UI/UX Design and usability knowledge. + Experience with current and emerging intranet and extranet portal technologies. **Physical Tasks** - Standing Occasionally: 0-33% | Walking Occasionally: 0-33% |Sitting and Stationary: Continuously: 67-100% | Bending: Occasionally: 0-33% | Crouching: Occasionally: 0-33% | Carrying: Occasionally: 0-33% | Reaching: Occasionally: 0-33% |Lifting -Lowering >1-15 lbs: Occasionally: 0-33% | Repetitive Hand Action: Medium Dexterity: Continuously: 67-100% | Fine Manipulating: Frequently: 34-66% **Audio Visual Needs** - Hearing: Continuously: 67-100%| Near Vision: Continuously: 67-100% | Far Vision: Occasionally: 0-33% | Peripheral Vision: Occasionally: 0-33% **Equipment Used in Job Performance** : Computer, Printer, Fax, Telephone, Basic Office Supplies, Copier The starting compensation range for this job is $ $76,100 to $99,900. **_________________________________________________________** **Our Benefits:** + Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Plans + 401K Plan + Health & Flexible Savings Account + Life and AD&D, Spousal Life, Child Life Insurance Plans + Educational Assistance Plan + Identity Theft, Legal, Auto & Home and Pet Insurance + Windstream is an equal opportunity employer.
