Overview:

• The client is seeking a highly creative and motivated Deep Learning Data Scientist to join their cross-divisional, global team.

• The role focuses on developing innovative machine learning solutions to support biomolecular analysis.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop ML models

• Staying current with advances in ML for biomolecular data

• Contributing to a high-quality toolkit for data processing

• Designing, executing, and evaluating models and experiments

• Supporting other researchers in applying ML

• Publishing and sharing scientific work with the external community

Candidate Requirements:

• PhD or M.Sc. (with 4+ years of experience) in relevant fields

• Strong Python programming skills

• Experience with deep learning (transformers, diffusion models preferred)

• Knowledge of biology/proteins

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
